4 Sayings to Get You Past Those Daily Doldrums

4. Get busy living or get busy dying! The first time I heard this saying was on the movie "Shawshank Redemption (Buy Now!)" it makes a great deal of sense, you either do or don’t it is that simple.

3. It takes resistance to fly! With out a little push or tug in our lives there would be no real living, embrace it and enjoy life.

2. Whether you think you can or can’t, you are right! This one is attributed to Henry Ford. It makes sense as well because we are what we believe we are, not what others perceive.

1. Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I can’t change. This is part of the prayer and it is helpful for those of us who just can’t or don’t want to leave those things we can’t control alone.

  1. 2. From my childhood the saying was: "Can't died on a fence post because he couldn't get down!"

The main thing is to always try! You may not succeed in what you are trying to do, but you will never fail if you at least try.
