Lose 20 Pounds in Two Months

These are 4 things I did to lose 32 pounds in just over two months. I know the title says Twenty Pounds in Two Months
, but I took it a little bit further. I reached my goal and told myself I can do a little more to lose a little more. You have to be strong-willed! Here it is:
4. Reduce the size of your meals and eat more frequently.
- I’m not here to tell you what to eat or what not to eat, but your meal portions should be reduced a significant amount compared to what you are used to eating on a regular basis.
- Eating a snack between your main meals keeps you from being hungry all day.
3. Have a partner to lose weight with and make it a competition.
- Losing weight is hard enough and if you have someone to do this with, it just makes it a little easier (moral support).
- If you are a competitive person put a wager on who can lose the most weight, this is great for motivational purposes.
2. Make sure you do some high intensity cardio.
- There are many cardio workouts you can do, but I usually stick with running because you can always find a place to run.
- You want to make sure you do this cardio activity for at least 30 minutes a day and usually 5 days a week, no less!
1. Have a goal!
- You want to make sure you are specific about how much you want to lose, make it a realistic goal, and also make sure you have a time frame to reach your goal.

These are just a few ways to lose some weight! Please let us know what you think and don’t be shy to tell us your ways on how to lose weight. We want to hear your story also. Good Luck to All!

  1. When do you find time to run 30 min a day 5 days a week?

  2. I have a job that starts at 8:00 a.m., so I wake up at 5:00 a.m. It's a lifestyle change and it is tough at first, but after two weeks of doing this, it starts becoming a routine. If you're not a morning person I suggest finding a time before or after dinner. It is better if you do it in the morning though because it gives you energy for the day. Remember you have to stay positive and motivated.
